Accessibility Statement

KeystoneBidPro · Effective: November 2026

Our commitment

KeystoneBidPro is committed to making keystonebidpro.com and the KeystoneBidPro apps accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve accessibility and usability.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our website and apps are available in English and Spanish, and they work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and device text-size settings.

Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are reviewing:

Technical specifications

Our website uses HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Accessibility depends on a compatible combination of these technologies with the browser and assistive technology you use.

Report a barrier

If something is hard to use, please tell us. We try to respond within 5 business days.

Alternative access

If you cannot use a feature because of a disability, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the ADA Information Line of the U.S. Department of Justice at 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or 1-833-610-1264 (TTY).

Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through self-evaluation, using automated and manual testing on our pages and app screens.
