You are responsible for confirming every price before using it.

AI results

KeystoneBidPro uses artificial intelligence to read plans and suggest quantities and line items. AI can make mistakes. It can misread scales, symbols or handwriting, or miss items that are not shown on the plan. All AI results must be reviewed and confirmed by the contractor before an estimate is sent.

No professional advice

KeystoneBidPro is a software tool. It does not provide engineering, architectural, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not replace a site visit or the judgment of a licensed professional. Information about taxes, margins and markups is general guidance. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

Estimates sent by contractors

Estimates, proposals, invoices and work orders sent through KeystoneBidPro are created and sent by independent contractors. KeystoneBidPro is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the work, prices, quality, timelines, warranties or conduct of any contractor. Clients with questions about a job should contact the contractor directly.

Savings and results

References to time saved, accuracy, more jobs won or yearly savings on plans are general examples. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Payments

Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe and PayPal. Processing, approval, fees and payout timing are governed by those providers' terms. KeystoneBidPro is not a bank or a lender.
